Target Red Card and gift card question

Im fairly new to the target red card and was wondering IF i were to purchase disney gift cards or southwest air gift cards from target will I get 5% off using the red card?
If not what about if I were to purchase target gc with red card then turn them into disney and swa?

Yes you can use your red card to get Disney gift cards and you get 5% off. I think the only ones you don't get 5% off of is target gift cards and the visa/American express ones.

Thanks so much. I hope it works for southwest air also. I tried to.add to my cart online and it charged tax so i didnt continue

I noticed the tax thing today when I was buying a gift card online from Target. I don't remember ever seeing that before. The tax was removed when I advanced to the next screen.
