Target gift card on Groupon

Doesn't look like it is available to just anyone. From the web page:

I had the same groupon message last week but did not see it until later in the day. By that time, they had sold out and the offer was no longer available.

Apparently, I did have the invitation and just ignored it. I was able to buy 2 of them even though it only says you are limited to 1. I already used the vouchers at Target.com and ordered a $100.00 Disney card and have $5 left on one of them thanks to my target red card.
