Target- can we use target gift cards to purchase Disney gift cards online?

We are debating what to do this weekend. Should I buy 300.00 in target gift cards online? Currently can I use these to buy Disney gift cards online? I did this exact thing last year and it worked,but wondering if it changed?

You can buy the target gift cards online but you can not buy Disney gift cards online anymore.

i mean, u can buy them, but they cancel your order within seconds of ordering... haha.

I purchased a $40 tmobile gc with target gift cards, they cancelled my order almost immediately.
