Target Buy 2 Get 1 Free Video Games

Just saw this sale in my local Target flyer and wanted to share it with all of you.
Looks like they are having buy 2 get 1 free on all video games, this extends out to new PS4 games as well, 11/10 - 11/16.

The fine print doesn't list any exclusions, just that there are no rain checks and the transaction must include three different game titles, only one title per transaction.
This is a great time to head out to target if there are any video games on Christmas Lists!

Does anybody know if I can use a coupon with this deal? I have a target coupon that printed off at the register for 30% off with purchase of two video games. It does say in store only but I have no issues actually driving to a store if I can use it.

Unless it says something like can't be combined with any other promo you should be fine

I am never this lucky so I am sure there will be something I am missing that won't allow me to use it. I asked my DH when we got it and he said we got if when we bought another video game a few weeks ago. It is one of those coupons that prints off from the coupon machine when you check out. It is not actually on the receipt. I am going to head to target later this week (closest one is about 40 minutes from me) to see if I can use it. This will be a great deal since I need the disney infinity game and both skylanders games.

Just wanted to pop in and say check Target's online prices for the games you are looking at. There were a couple I got that were $4, $7 and $14 price difference. I showed them the online app and they matched it no problem for me. Also, I bought six games, three new/higher, three older/lower. I split them into two transactions buying the lower prices games in one and the higher priced in another so that I wouldn't just get the super cheap ones free. Saved another $20 doing it that way. Hope this helps somebody!

This is good to know. I just checked online and one of the skylanders games I want is only $60 online and I believe it is $74.99 in store. Did you just do this at the register or do I need to go to customer service? I think I may head there tonight when DH gets off work to sit with the kids.

I went to the guy in electronics, he gathered them up for me and walked me to customer service and told them what I wanted to do. Two rang me up at once, the one took them right off my phone the other looked them up on her computer. Come to find out she just couldn't see them on my phone, lol. Anyway, none of them hesitated about it.

Thanks OP for posting this. Oldest DS had a preorder card for COD Ghosts and they honored the pre-order as part of the B2G1 deal. So I got the free movie and a $5 GC

ETA - there is one exclusion. The cards that you buy then get a code for a downloadable game are excluded.

I tried this morning.....all three are being released Tuesday. Went to check out and entered in CC info and it was still showing being charged full price for all 3?so canceled the transaction. Am I missing something?

Just got back from target and got both skylanders games and disney infinity. I had them price match the Infinity to the online price so that saved me $10 and then I used my 30% coupon so that saved me $42. Got all 3 games for $107!!!! I had no issues with the price matching or the coupon.

Like pp I did price match and used coupon no issue, I also just ordered 3 pokemon 2 of the same title and had them sent to my sister for christmas gifts it did not matter that there were 2 of the same

In the past the deal was only good in stores. Not online. Probably the same this year.

Don't forget ebates.

I just placed my order and got the free game no problem. I saved $65.99 (using my RED card)+ 1% cash back from ebates.

They will also price match amazon...saved quite a bit by matching 3 games.
