Tapings/production schedules

Can anyone help us out with finding info on tapings when we will be in WDW? We will be there in May - One year, we attended a taping of Funniest Home Videos at Universal and it was a blast!! Last year, we missed out on the Rosie show (Animal Kingdom, I think)
