Does anyone know if any of the restaurants have the Tangled Princess?

No, she is not considered a "classic" princess so she is not at a restaurant. Only Belle, Cinderella, Ariel, Snow White, Jasmine, and Sleeping Beauty.

She is at a meet and greet as stated above in the Magic Kingdom! Flynn Rider used to be with her but it will only be her from now on.

Hmm, they're having a special ceremony in London in October to make her an "official" Disney princess. I have to wonder if she'll start making the rounds of the princess meals. :
