Tangled Photo Op

When is the tangled Photo Op available? Is it only during special events or it can be also available during normal hours?

I am going during the first week of September and I do not think anything special other than the Halloween party is going on...

It's there every night, normal hours. It happens right when the sun sets and it gets dark, in front of the Tangled bathrooms.

It is among the most magical photo ops. The fun part about is if you are solo, they have 5-6 shots you can take which are awesome. If you go as a family, they have a different set of pics/ways to hold the lantern that are equally magical.

I'll be there with my Husband. Disney Trip to celebrate my 40th ( I guess that proves I'm still young at heart ).

Does anyone have advice on when to plan on the photo? I am going December 30th. I was planning on heading over after the early fireworks. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

We lined up 15-20 minutes before sunset, and were the first few in line. When it started to get noticeably dark, the line was pretty long. Can't comment on how long those people waited because we got there early, but I'd guess 20-30 minutes.

Um, kind of. When there are obvious restrooms in the background it is decidedly less magical.

Ours had the added bonus of some dimly lit guy in a wheelchair staring at us unnervingly while we kissed.
