When we were there in August we got in line about an hour before it got dark! There were 4 parties ahead of us! The photographers didn't come out until it was completely dark out and arrived a bit later than we were told they normally had been showing up! The 1st 2 parties actually left as a few cast members had said that they weren't doing it that night! Luckily we didn't leave and I got one of my favorite pics with my mom

MK. If you've never been to the Rapunzel potty you must go. It's lovely. Used to be the prettiest potty at WDW but the Frozen potty is now a rival. I still think Rapunzel wins. They even put in her tower

I've got to make the pretty potties a priority this next trip. I've never been. And now that I know there's a photo pass opportunity outside of the pretty potty...well, how can I not?

So if the sun sets at 5:30, we should plan on getting in line about 5:15 and expect to be done around 6ish?? Or does it take longer than that for them to get started/it to get dark enough?

Hi all! My husband and I are headed to Disney next week on our first overnight "adults only" trip since our Disneymoon 6 years ago! *happy dance* We're at Disney about every month with our kiddos but we rarely stay late. Trying to take the opportunity to do some after-dark things. We have never done the Tangled Lantern Photo. I've heard that the line starts forming pretty early on. Does anyone have any experience with this? What time should we get in line? I'm willing to wait to get this photo! And where exactly does the line form? I've seen conflicting info about the exact location.

Was there 6 weeks ago and went late and there was a long line...but it moves! Definitely do it!!!!
