Tangerine Cafe (Morocco CS) meal question

I was looking over their menu, everything looks very good, but I'm wondering, what kind of meat is used for the Meatball Platter w/ yellow rice? I'm not big on veal or lamb, are the meatballs made out of beef? I know this is a weird question, but I've been wondering! Thanks!
