need car to drive from tampa to universal. are there mileage restrictions? any suggestions on an on site company offering a good price for a smaller car. thanks. is it better to rent on line than over phone?

Normally all the major rental agencies are unlimited miles within Florida - never hurts to check at time of rental.
I have rented from National and Avis at the Tampa Airport. Both are excellent. I prefer national because of the Emerald Aisle...no standing in line and I get to pick the car I want.
