Tampa Airport what have you seen on the Emerald Aisle there?

We are flying into Tampa for the first time and will be renting a car from National. We are Emerald Club Members. Just wondering what everyone has seen for vehicle selections there.

My recommendation is go to FlyerTalk and go to the National boards, they have a thread for each major airport that has a EA aisle. These are updated pretty often and if they haven't you can post in the thread and usually get a pretty good response.

Couldn't find the national board at flyertalk. So I am bumping this in hopes someone else may have been to Tampa Airport lately.

I found the post on the flyertalk forum but there are no reports for TPA in the last year.

Anyone used EA in TPA in the last few months even?

Also is there just one Aisle or is it like MCO where there is a Side A & B?

I am renting from TPA this Saturday... I am am Executive, but can choose off of EA as well...

Thanks for updating that thread Duds. Makes me wish I could pick off the Executive aisle !

Oh well I think I'll go with EA instead of my slightly cheaper Alamo Standard and hope to find something nice. We pickup on thursday and drop off Feb. 7th in MCO.

Well we picked up on Thursday and WOW

There were more SUV's then midsize/Full Size cars available. We ended up with a Chrysler Town And Country touring edition that has stow and go for both rows and power doors on the remote, Sirius radio etc...

It's awesome, there were so many to choose from,Kia Sorento, Kia Borrego, also noticed a Ford Fusion sport there. As we were packing a Ford Flex pulled in to the Aisle and someone snagged it right away.

The Executive aisle seemed to have more premium type cars.

Very happy with my first National EA experience. We were over an hour late so the rate got adjusted to even less than the original quote.

$130 (taxes in) for 10 day rental of a premium Mini Van. Gotta love it
