Tales of Frustration-Anyone Else shut out of BOG?

Yup. Got up early while out of town - started dialing at 7 on the dot and got nothing but busy signals for almost two hours. Had to get on a plane, so no cell service. Tried again as soon as I could later in the morning - busy signals for another hour or so. Another plane. Tried again in the afternoon....busy busy busy.

Finally got through around 5 to confirm that every night of our trip was totally booked. I'm going to keep trying online, but I'm really not holding out that much hope. The best night for us is a party night, so apparently, very short hours.

Honestly, I think that we'd enjoy the lunch menu more, but we'd really just like to SEE the other rooms!

I would keep trying. There are going to be cancellations once folks fine-tune their plans.

I have no issue with anyone booking multiple ADR's if they want to eat there more than once. i don't thik it si nice if you just want to make sure you have plenty of dates and times to choose from. To be honest, I don't understand wanting to have more than one dinner in a restaurant that one has even seen a review for

I want to try it for CS lunch so I hope we are able to get in one day while we are there.

Add us to the "no BOG ressie" list as well. Calling along with everyone else, hours after busy signals I got through to be told my entire week had no availability in December.

I even called back this morning to try and snag one of the ressies that may have been cancelled because the lack of cc number, but nope. Still nothing.

I am hoping by some lucky twist of fate they have held some spots for online reservations tomorrow. Fingers are crossed.

How do you book online? I tried but "Be Our Guest" isn't recognized. I thought I'd read somewhere that online reservations for BOG didn't start until Wednesday.

Nope, don't see it either. I thought online reservations opened up an hour before the phones?

Add us to the shut out 14th - 27th dec no room for dinner for 2 guests. So lunch it is. A friend has offered to try and add us to their reservation if I cannot get one when it opens online. Still no sign as yet tho

When booking online, some have had trouble when associating it with their resort reservation. I was able to make one without associating it to my resort reservation.

Of course 20 mins after I give up three mornings of 5am wake up I need more sleep than this No luck I was really hoping today would open up so much more... looks like lunch it is.

Oh no!

I've been very lucky as 7am there is 12 noon here, but i didn't want to run up a bill by calling so i thought i'd see how the online thing went or otherwise go for lunch.

I actually may prefer the lunch menu, lol, but i'm worried about the queues xx

We had no trouble getting a reservation for BOG for my birthday in January. We wanted lunch. . .but lunch was not available. . so we shuffled stuff around and changed our O'Hana dinner to another day and will have dinner at BOG instead that night.

Lunch is only CS... so you can just walk in
