Hi everyone, I wanted to share an analysis I did comparing Summer and Fall villa rates at Disneyworld DVC resorts. As you probably know, new 2022 villa rates were published this week, and for the first time, Summer and Fall rates will now in the same travel period. The migration of points required from summer to fall actually began in the 2021 point schedules. If you are booking a summer vacation, then your rates will go down even more in 2022. Some as much as 20+% compared to 2020. If you are like me and vacation in the Fall, then your points required will go up even more in 2022.
