taking the bus to MK

Hi,

We will be staying at PC next week. On Friday, we will be going to Magic Kingdom. At what time should we get on the bus in order to see the opening ceremony? The park opens at 9am that day.

Call me crazy, but I would be at the bus stop at 7:30-7:45.

The opening show will start at about 8:48 as long as it is not an EE day. By the time you wait for bus and stroll through security, you will have some time to take some pics in front of the train station and before you know it you'll be in the MK.

I am a morning person, though....

I have to agree. I'd be there by 7:45ish as you will hopefully make the first bus, which came about 7:55am when I was there last week. By the time you get there and go through security, it'll be at least 8:15. Be sure to go stand near any empty turnstile, preferably closer to the left gates as most of the show is from above by the train station.

Cute show, but I know I was anxious to be "let loose" and head to Splash and Thunder Mountains.(which was a good choice if you don't have to head to Fantasyland as alot of folks sprint for Space Mountain, leaving the left side of the park less busy to start the day!)
