Taking Equipment into Parks and on Rides

We can't really push both in the parks to let him switch back and forth. We have 2 other kids and one will also likely still need a stroller.

Were you planning on hooking the wagon to something to pull? Because I doubt Disney would allow that at all. It is a safety hazard. They also would probably not allow you to have children riding in the wagon with the equipment.

I think your best bet is to get a double stroller for your other kids and use the basket to haul extra equipment.

Yes.
The wheelchair boat for Small World and the ride in Mexico have a ramp down the center of the boat. There are 3 rows with one seat on each side of the ramp for each row.
just making sure I have it right the wheelchair goes in center using a ramp and rest of party up to 6 sit on either side of chair
