Just downloaded MDE (that came with its own issues!) and thought I'd dink around the app to prepare for our 180 day out ADR's. Just looked at Oct. 20 (the last day open for rezzies )and there is not ONE restaurant availability in MK??? What hope to I have to get any ADR's in November when October (normally a "quiet" time) is already booked up?

MK doesn't have many TS choices.

I just looked on the website and there is availability at 3 locations for Lunch and dinner.

If you can't find a specific time, try searching by meal. I don't know if that option is on MDE but you can do it on the WDW website.

Is Oct 20 a MNSSHP night ? Maybe that has something to do with it ? Sometimes party goers like to have TS before, or non-party goers like to eat before being shown the exit .

I think people are also "pre-planing" for free dining. So they go one and take as many ressies as possible and then cancel and change everything when the dates are actually released.

For dinner, it came up with Crystal Palace at 3:35, Plaza at 4:15 and Tony's at 4:20 and 6:45. 3 good lunch times came up for each of those. I did only search for 2 people.

Liberty Tree Tavern is closed, and that doesn't leave many other options ... BOG and CRT, and we know how fast those book up.

I'm sure there are plenty of options at the nearby resorts.

I was on a Disney Facebook page just now and some people were saying they were having technical difficulties books ADRs through the app.

the MDE app doesn't show any open reservations for me either. call or use the website the app stinks. mine freezes everytime there are available tables that i can see on the site.

I was booking via phone today and the reservation agent said that on any night that is MNSSVHP they shut down reservation times in the evening at 6 or 7 until closer to the event. She was unclear why.
