Taking 7 Girl Scouts to Vero Beach

Yes, I am crazy, but you only live once! We have 7 girls going with us for one Saturday night at Vero Beach on May 17-18. We're "roughing it" in 2 garden view rooms. It was cheaper than a 2 bedroom and gives us the excuse of grilling outside for dinner instead of eating in!

My question is about activities. My girls are going to be very disappointed if they don't get to do a craft activity, and I've been told on the phone that they won't let us book any of the activities until we check in. I wonder if they will have anything available for us at that point. I've gone before and things were booked just for my own daughter. Do you think they will have anything available for 7 girls? (Probably not, right?) I could always get some Disney crafts and borrow their craft room for an hour...

Can anyone tell me exactly what their activity schedule looks like for a Saturday and Sunday? We're going to try to get there around 10:30 in the morning and leave mid afternoon on Sunday. We'll still have plenty to do just with the beach, pool, and sports. But if I know my girls, they're going to want to make souveniers too... If you've been recently, what are the crafts offered?

As long as there is room I don't think there is a problem with 7.

I have the activity guide from our trip in April (Sun 13 & Sat 19th). They print in every week so you may want to call ahead and ask for the dates you are interested when it gets closer to plan your days. The prices are for member/non-member.
