I just don't get the love for this ride. IMO the 3 biggest wastes of space in MK are Jungle Cruise, Tom Sawyer Island, and Speedway. Speedway I'd be ok with a refurb of some kind as I see the appeal from children. But the other two are just plain bad. Have outlived their charm.

A revamp would nice. I know it's prone accidents getting on and off the boats therefore there's 3 CMs grabbing your arms when you get on & off. An indoor/outdoor Indiana Jones boat ride would be cool. I know Paris has the roller coaster and Disneyland has the indoor Jeep.

Definitely not. It's an original ride that opened with the park. I still thoroughly enjoy it. They could more frequently update the jokes on the ride, but it's still a nice break from walking around the parks. Always love the Jingle Cruise!!!!

This ^^^. Jungle Cruise should have been moved to AK when it was built. As for Speedway, I've seen more exciting rides at local bumper boats/go karts/batting cages places and without the wait times.

The problem with wishing for new rides is that the new rides seem to either be very short or simulators

So I vote to keep it :)

While I'm a huge WDW nostalgic, I have no love for this ride. I say pave it over along with the treehouse and make a whole new adventure land experience. Footprint there is massive. What say ye?

Heathen! Don't be surprised if you can't get into MK on your next trip... ;)

The absolute lamest ride in Disney. At least Spaceship Earth is dark where you can get a quick cat nap in. The Jungle Cruise is just terrible. Pave over the restaurant too. The double fried chicken I had looked like something my dog puked up one day...

To each his own - we had the best meal of our last trip at the Skipper's Canteen, and I had the fried chicken there - it was the best fried chicken I've ever tasted, and in no way resembled dog puke. Sorry you got served a lousy meal. Perhaps you should spend a few days at Universal on your next trip, as the quiet rides are too lame for you? My family loves them, so I hope they keep them.

I agree with the Speedway - it is too short and plain for the amount of space it takes up. It needs better theming and a longer track to be worth the space. The motor cars at Storyland and Santa's Village (both in New Hampshire) are much better.

Jungle Cruise is fun for us - we know all the jokes, so we watch the other guests to see who is a newbie :) Tom Sawyer's Island is a breath of fresh air in a busy theme park. Room to explore, play, use the imagination, just like Swiss Family Robinson Treehouse. I like the mix of exciting yet family-style rides and the more slowly paced ones.

I have never been to Tom Sawyer's Island--ever. I haven't ridden the Speedway since sometime in the 1970s. But Jungle Cruise is a MUST DO. Each and every trip. Multiple times if possible. Of course I also say the same thing about Country Bears and the Tiki Room (now that the New Management is gone.) But I'm sure I can't be the only person that feels this way, even if those classics are not as popular as they used to be.

Nope and nope. For all the Treehouse haters out there, BOO!

You have to at least acknowledge that even though there is no ride, no real interaction, OR you've never seen the movie the treehouse is pretty freaking cool. Isn't a huge treehouse with bedrooms in the treeboughs the stuff of kids dreams? I think that's why Walt put in their to begin with. I always wanted a treehouse when I was little. Never got one.
