I'm back, tail between my legs. No, I haven't regained all 100 pounds I had lost in 2001-2002, but I have gained back about 40, and that's very troubling. I'm intend on turning back onto the high road right now.
I'm again joined by my wife on this endeavor, who gained back about half of the 63 pounds she lost in 2001-2002. I know how much of an advantage that gives us -- I feel so lucky. We're doing Nutrisystem this time, rather than HMR, because of the convenience. We're very much stretched for time, and need to expend whatever time and energy we have for this on exercise, not nutrition.
If anyone know of specific threads or resources for Nutrisystem, specifically, I'd like some pointers. To be honest, I feel that the "system" is lacking.... it seems like there is no difference between the "Woman's Silver" program and the Men's regular program (same food choices), so something seems strange about that.
