Hey Smileybug!! We were missing you on another thread today (well, here too! ). I'm so glad you popped in and all seems ok!


I just ordered a gift basket from Peggy (FeralPeg) for the boys, to be delivered to POR! It was a toss-up between that and the PhotoPass CD. I was going to go with the CD, but a) you can't embellish the pics on there, just the ones you actually order as prints from the site, and b) I'm an avid photographer so I figure I can get in just as many good pics, and I can just order a few from Photopass when we get back.

I'm really excited about the basket from Peggy though! I got each boy a stuffed animal: Jack the Monkey for DS11 (he loves all things monkey.....lucky me.... ); the Jedi Mickey for DS8 who loves all things Start Wars!; and the dog with the keys from "Pirates" for DS6. Then there is an Epcot Passport kit for each of them, and a clear plastic FastPass holder for each of them (which they can also use to hold their own KTTW card). And it will have a welcome note from Mickey, to them!!

Time for some dinner..... I'll be back later!

As for the photopass, I was able to embellish my pictures on the photo CD. I just changed the pictures online before having it sent to me. I added borders and cropped each picture at least once. I wanted to get my money's worth. You can always order it after (for a bigger cost) if you get enough pictures.

But if you did just that, then obviously that's wrong!! Oh well. The boys will be so tickled with the basket "from Mickey" and it'll be priceless to see that!!

And you can take your own pictures of that priceless moment.

I double checked the photopass site in case they had changed it since I last got a CD and it said it included:
"All original Disney's PhotoPass photos from your account plus copies of any photos you have edited by cropping or adding graphics."

Since we save up photos when we take multiple close together trips, I wanted to make sure the deal hadn't changed. Though I realized when I checked I had put my last photos in too soon. 30 days will be gone before we get enough photos to add these to a CD.

I sat around the house waiting for a repairman. My DD's new desk was damaged and they came to fix it. My little one just went down for a nap so I'm watching TV and surfing the net. Later, I'm getting my older DD and taking her to dance. I need a less enthusiastic babnana for that.

Housework, sounds fun. My dance class is going great. My DD still loves her hip hop class, but it's such a pain for me. I have to bring my 2 year old while the older one is in class. Waiting for an hour just isn't so fun for her... or me. I need to make sure I pack enough snacks and other stuff to keep her busy.
