Happy Birthday Haley! My oldest is 9 as well. I feel like I am already raising a teenager. Yesterday she said, "What do you expect? I'm a tween!"

Hope all of you had a fantabulous Monday.

Somehow, and I don't know how. . .the school district hired a replacement for my parapro last night! I called the director od special services, who called the director of human resources, and by 9pm, they had a replacement. And the reaction she had? "You mean I get to work with Amanda________? (Everyone calls me by my first and ladt names together) Sure, I'll do it!" I was so excited when the principal walked in with the replacement! Now I know when I leave them to go to the vocational center after lunch, they are in good hands!

It's been raining here for a month!!! At least! And I'm not kidding, right SadieDog??!

My cornflakes are just feelin' a bit soggy, ok?!!

Yes, rain rain rain. The absolute worse is Rain when you are trying to sell waterfront property! So much rain that we having flooding. My property is NOT looking good to buyers.

AND now I have to bring a kitten to the shelter and hope it's not dead in a few weeks. I think it has Maine Coon in her so that is a plus. She has long hair coming out of her ears that stand up. People like Maine Coon Cats so that may help her.

I usually do feel like a lump of coal at the end of the day. Yet, I never seem to wake up a diamond. No matter how much stress I'm put under.

Hey guess what!!.....It's raining here this morning, can you imagine that?!!


I am seriously starting to go loopy so if my posts start to make no sense whatsoever (I mean, more so than usual... ) then you'll know why.

But, here's the bright side: one month from tonight we'll be seeing the Hoop-Dee-Doo Revue!!


And one month from tomorrow, I'll be riding Everest - for the first time EVER!


And one month from yesterday, we'll be getting into the MK EARLY!!!



Ok, now I feel good enough to carry on with my day.

Terrible headache accompanied by a sore throat. Yikes, may be getting the cold my daugher has. I'm going to try the Zicam along with my normal sinus routine. My head is so dizzy, the words look blurry. I hate that.

It is amazing. That race last night looked effortless for him. They keep calling him Superman, but he's more like Aquaman. My DH is worried some scandal will come out in a few years about steroids or something because he seems so super human.

The small no kill shelter is full as usual.
