Thanks everyone for the congrats. School isn't easy for her. She's in Learning Support and in 5th grade she went through a battery of tests that she goes through every four years. It was determined that her IQ was 81. That makes her lower on the normal scale.

I know very well how much work it is to cut trees and clear. Must feel good to have it all cleaned up.

I can see it, and the properties are that it is a bitmap image. Did you put it there? (in other words, its not from the TF?) If you put it there and it is streaming from another source, such as photobucket, etc. then I would say that POSSIBLY the bandwidth from that source is being used. if you uploaded it directly from your computer, then the image properties may be such that it isn't loading properly, and thus the red "X"

If it's from Tag Fairy, I have expreienced that once in a while. sometimes the image that TF puts in your avatar area dosn't load, or that server that holds the image may be busy at the time you sign on! and the image cannot load, so the program just moves on and you again, get the red "X"

If you can see it, and some other people can't, they may not have the plug-ins required to view that particular type of image. or possibly they need more RAM to store that image for loading....OR they have pagefiles set too a smaller amount and it is cutting the Bitmaps. OR they have security software set that rejects certain images as data can be hidden inside them (a virus?)

in other words, it could be for many reasons.

(or maybe the Tag fairy is messing with you!!!)

Yes, I do think the TF is messing with me. It was he or she who gave me the splat. I could see it for the longest time then one day it went away and never came back. To my knowledge none of my computer settings have changed. I can't see it on the laptop or the desktop. The only thing I can think of that has happened is we got a new ISP around the same time it disappeared. So maybe the TF ISN'T messing with me. All I know for sure is it drives me nuts! That space could be used for a nice scrolling tag, but instead it shows up as a red X as if I've done something bad.

Yeah it's awesome! I need to go back and start from the beginning and watch every episode instead of just catching it occasionally because I really enjoyed it. The only t.v. show that I watch religiously is Supernatural (and a good amount of the Colbert report )

I was looking through my mom's camera (she has a nice camera with one of those big good lenses sorry thats all i know about lenses) and then a thought came to me - if a lens is round, how come all the pictures are rectangle? You should have seen the look she gave me Just a random thought i thought i would share with everyone......does anyone else get random thoughts like that or is it just me?
