....well, we have a 2-story home, so there's a lot to keep cool. Plus, it hasto be comfortable for my Sammie, who's one big furball....

That's a lot to keep cool, that's for sure. One of the things that I love about my apartment is that I have the cathedral ceilings (because we're on the second floor) but it's all one level. I love one level living. (I grew up in a ranch style home.)

Everything all on one floor when the kiddos are little is perfect. I looked at some of the townhomes in our complex and thought, why do I want to do all those stairs? There's a garage on the main level, then a flight of stairs to the living area, then a flight of stairs to the bedrooms. Too much. :lmao:

Oh I would SO love to see you next September!! It's going to be the 40th anniversary for WDW and the MK......wonder what the "celebration" will be?

I would love to see me there next September! :lmao:

Actually, it would really be awesome if we were there at the same time. And I'd love to plan a trip that baby could get his first haircut.

And no, I can't say I've heard of that show. Fill me in!popcorn::

It's a couple (gentlemen) who bought a farm in New York. One of them used to be the VP under Martha Stewart, the other is still working in the city as the get the farm off the ground.

The show is hilarious for a lot of reasons...their personalities are a riot, and they're sweet as well...but they actually had two pigs they'd raised specifically to slaughter, and I admired how they were handling it, but they named them! :scared1: I don't know if I could eat something I'd given a name to, and that's what reminded me of it when you said that.

Good morning. I was awake a few hours in the middle of the night so I need more coffee. Hate when I don't sleep through the night.

Still waiting and hoping this land sale will work out. They already extended the contract to the end of July which will bring it to 2 months of waiting. They have mentioned wanting to extend the contract another month until the end of Aug. This is getting ridiculous. While it's under contract, it is not being shown. Of course summer months are the best time to show waterfront property so if the sale does not work out, we have missed the important summer months for showing.

Oh, good lord.

DS - "I want to go to Disneyworld."

TK - "We can't go right now, Mama is pregnant, and I can't get on a plane."

DS - "When the baby is out?"

TK - "Yes, when the baby is out we can all go to Disney together."

DS - "How did the baby get in you?"

TK - "I don't know how to answer that."

What is the age appropriate response for your five year old? We've already discussed the difference between boys and girls, so he gets the basic logistics of how the baby is going to come out, but nothing really specific. Fortunately, he just dropped it and is watching Spongebob, but I'm sure this question isn't going away. :rotfl2:

Fingers crossed that everything works out for you.

:confused3:confused3 not sure if you're religious, or anything... but the same question came up from my then 3 1/2 DS when I was preg with #4... and we just told him, "God put him there, cause he knew you wanted to be a big brother, and he found just the right baby for you." He was all excited about being a big brother. It worked for him. Then he wanted to know how he was gonna come out.... :scared1: That's another story. In any case... I have 2 DDs that I had to explain stuff too... so the boys, I'm leaving that up the DH.. that's his department. Well, I should be workin' so gotta go!. ciao!

That's the best thing I have ever heard. Thanks for sharing, although I don't see me having to answer that one.

Well, I'm home, with a file folder full of cr** to do. I'm seriously thinking of cracking open a bottle of wine at 1pm. Except I don't drink often. . .

Oh, and 2 more pages? What is this--finish the 5th installment week?

:rotfl::lmao::rotfl2::laughing::eek::scared1::rotfl2::rotfl::lmao:

And I haven't even had my double-shot-of-espresso vanilla frappe yet! I'm going over for lunch, though.....DH just stopped in and said that one of our summer guys let him in on the "secret" bet by the guy running this week's camp, that he (the director) could get DH to DANCE at lunch time!!!:rotfl2: My DH does NOT dance. But this guy's good and I'm dying to see how he pulls it off!
