Merry Christmas all....I woke at 8 and called in DD who just woke up too. Last night she was saying that she would set her alarm for 7-7:30, I said, "I don't think so."

Merry Christmas
Babnanas!!!
:banana::banana::banana:

Presents opened here too! Kids are having a great day and haven't even discovered the two 4-wheelers yet (donated to the camp by one of the board members)....;)
I'm watching the Disney parades......MUST. GO. BACK.:scared:

Have a great day everyone!!

.

Merry Christmas! All our presents are opened. We're relaxing before heading to the in-law's for the next round. I got a new wireless printer, the Sims 3 expansion pack, and tickets to see Wicked. I plan to relax a bit before packing more for our trip tomorrow.

I've been on Weight Watchers, but I figured I'd forget about it over the holidays or I would be miserable. I'll go back on it when we get back from our Tennessee trip. We can encourage each other!

That expansion pack is awesome!

DH and the kids gave me 8 days away for a Disney trip (lol) and a nice new watch.

We will have to encourage each other--possibly start posting before and after pictures or my favorite--once I did a bikini/swimsuit challenge. I lost 45 pounds for that puppy because I didn't want to show a picture to anyone of me with those pounds on me.

I did the bikini, but at my age, I'd go for the swimsuit.

Merry Christmas
Babnanas!!!

4-wheelers are fun.

DH was wondering why I was singing along with the music for the parade. I haven't shown him my CDs for Wishes, Spectromagic, and Illuminations in the car.

Ok I'm not on WW but I NEED encouragement!!.....a little accountability goes a long way. I've got my heart set on that Free Dining solo trip in September and will NOT go looking as I do now! And at the very least, shorts and tank-top season will be here soon enough..... Eewww. I need to watch what I'm eating and, most importantly, exercise.

Maybe we should do something together via facebook--ya know, the three of us. . .weekly weigh-ins, pictures, you know. Let me know what ya'll think.

Good morning everyone. Sounds like you all had good days yesterday. :goodvibes I had to wake my daughter up at 8:30am yesterday and she finally got out of bed at 8:45am. She likes to sleep. :lmao:

Christmas Day I stayed in my pj's all day. I showered and put them back on. My brother that lives near me came up and ate with us at 3pm. Yup, still in my pj's and left them on when I visited another brother. We went to his house in the evening to play with his daughters new wii. That was fun. It was my 1st time using one. I played bowling and golf and I am not very good. :rotfl: A 3rd brother had to work so we didn't get to see him.

I'm in. I'm starting right away....I want to not have my usual New Year's "do over". Never works for me so I figure I'll start now! I've been walking 2 miles the last few days. I used to do that in NH, along the river down to the town line. Now I can walk through camp to the main gate and listen to the neighboring cows.....:lmao:

Yes, we have snow. It was a white Christmas.

The dogs each have a bag of treats to unwrap. We didn't get to it yesterday so we will do it today. They were having so much fun shredding cardboard boxes, we didn't even get to their gifts. No box is safe in this house. I had an LL Bean box delivered last week with my husbands gifts. They ripped apart the box the stuff came in. I put his box of slippers on the floor for a minute while getting something and I came back to it in a dogs mouth. It had teeth marks around the box but luckily the slippers were not damaged. Another day I was about to put my son's ski pants in a box and one of the dogs came over and to lay beside me. Next thing I know he stretched his head over, grabbed the top of the box and put it between his front legs. He held it with his paws and started ripping. I had to laugh AND get another box. Now the beasts are taking up the entire couch snoring away.

amanda and Mean Queen - we could always use the W.I.S.H. forum here on the DIS, too. Just an idea. I may get involved there myself anyway...the more support I have, the more likely I am to succeed!

...that would have given ME about, ohhhhhhhh, 3 hours sleep.....

...and you're not sore today???

I actually had an awesome day today....I got hungry. And wanted "real" food. I had McDonalds and it never tasted so good in my whole life, after days of rice, toast, eggs, fruit.

Meat. Ahhhhhhhhhhhh. :goodvibes

...at Mickey D's???? Define 'meat'.....

kimmar.....hope you feel better soon.....

...:scared1: :scared: this pic IMMEDIATELY makes me feel 100% better.....:car:

We're in Tennessee! It's cold, but no snow. I really hope we get at least a little before we leave. The cabin is beautiful. A rural mountain area is so foreign to me. I was glad to drive into town and find a Starbucks. At least I have a little bit of home. Plus, I saw another car with the decal Mickey family and a Mickey antenna topper on the road!

Hey everyone! Glad to see everyone had a wonderful Christmas!

It was good here too, but I ended up falling asleep in a living room chair around 800pm, with family still here. :lmao: Fortunately, they're all pretty understanding.

Watching my son open gifts was the best. He woke up at 600am, lord help me, and I had to drag my tired butt out of bed and take pictures. Then my memory card was full because I haven't dumped it in months! :rotfl2: We were quite the little comedy of errors, let me tell you.

This sounds like somewhere I would like to stay. All it needs is some snow.

I'm with you, 6am is too early. My kids never got up extra early for Christmas morning. In fact, I usually woke up 1st. :lmao:
