It all started three or four weekends ago when we were Christmas shopping at the mall. We walk by this jewelry store and he says, "Let's go in and look at rings. You can show me in person what you like." So we did. The guy working was super nice. He was getting rings out for me and I'd try them on to see how they looked. Then..I got to THE ring. I put it on and seriously I could've heard angels singing. It was perfect! It just looked perfect on my hand! The guy wrote down on a card what the kind of ring it was and all that. Then, he had me try on the ring sizes to see what size I was, and he wrote that down on the card too. He gave that to B/F (now Fiance!!) to have. I didn't think anything of it. I thought it would just sit in the back of his wallet for awhile...at least until we were done with school!

Evidently...he went back two weekends ago and got it! He already knew the size and everything, so he had it sized for me and everything! Friday, he went and picked it up on his lunch break. Then, he stopped at my parent's work and asked them if he could propose! Evidently, my mom was bawling (Happy tears!)

Yesterday, he called me and told me that we had a reservation for the night at this really fancy restaurant. I was so excited to eat there again! I didn't even think anything of it though! I thought he was just being really nice! We eat and everything..and we're walking out of the building..and walking real slow looking at all the Christmas decorations they had..and he goes, "Oh look at that!" And I was looking at this huge tree all lit up and as I turned around, he was down on his knee! The first thing out of my mouth was, "What are you doing?!" Even though I knew what he was doing! LOL. I started crying..I can't even remember all that he said..the one part I do remember was, "Will you marry me?" I was like, "Oh my gosh! Is this really happening?!" And he goes, "Will you say your answer so I can get up?!" I said, "YES YES YES!" and he put the ring on.

...poor guy!

Seriously, that is SO great! What an awesome way he went about it, too.

Good morning everyone!! It's Monday but I'm excited because it's the start of the week that will end with Christmas!!!!


My one and only goal this week is get DS10's & DS8's room cleaned up.... I keep warning them that if there is no place for new toys to go, Santa might not stop!

I also have to shop for DH's stocking stuff. No. Clue.


amanda - really loving the updates and getting my Disney fix through you!! Although reading about how your days are going, I'm more determined than ever to get a solo trip in myself....I'm thinkin' September, Free Dining.

Anywho, Narcoossee's last night: Best. Nom. Ever. And I mean it. I slept in this morning and had lunch in Downtown Disney at Earl of Sandwich. I'm really tired. I got in at 2am from EMH at MK, but got so much accomplished in that time.

Off to Epcot--and Tink--that was the best story. I am so happy for you--I knew it was only a matter of time now.
