Tag fairies - plural?????

Someone said something about the tag fairies.. PLURAL? Is there more than one? And how did this person/people get their jobs? And do they get benefits and 401K plans? That's all I'm really interested in are the retirement perks....... or is this an appointed position.

I know NOTHING about the tag fairies. In fact, it just recently came to my attention that they (he or she or them) existed. I didn't think too much about it until someone said "fairies"..................... PLURAL.................hmmmmmmmmm.

What would you call a group of tag fairies? A flock? A gaggle? A mob?
