Tables in Wonderland

I was hoping someone could give me some info on the Tables in Wonderland. We are going in Dec and will be buying annual passes. We will not be on the dining plan.
What restaurants are included and how much does it cost?

$75 for a year's membership for annual passholders. 8 blackout dates (usually major holidays but they also throw in Mother's Day and Easter Sunday). Most table service restaurants participate, but only 9 counter services in all of WDW do.

TIW is $75 for AP holders. It entitles you to a 20% discount off food and beverages, alcohol included, at participating locations. You can use the TIW discount for up to 10 people, but they all have to be at the same table and on the same check.

Also, resort valet services are complimentary to members, but only 1 vehicle per card. Just present a dining receipt at the valet stand upon retrieving your vehicle.

You can get reimbursement for parking at all theme parks by showing your membership card at Guest Relations. If you enter the park after 5:00, you can just show your membership card at the toll plaza to enter the parking lot for free.

There are some black-out dates for TIW:
Mothers Day, Easter Sunday, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day.

When you use TIW, they automatically add an 18% gratuity. And it's 20% at Victoria and Albert's.

Most TS locations participate, and a handful of CS locations.

You don't need to purchase in advance either. You can go to any park guest services or the DTD one, show your AP and purchase on the spot.

There ARE Disney-run table service restaurants at Animal Kingdom (Tusker House) and SSR (Turf Club). The CS were left on the TIW list after the TS restaurants opened in these locations. You can also use TIW at Port Orleans French Quarter, which does not have a full-service restaurant, and at Artists Palette at SSR.

The discount does not apply to special meal packages or events.

Unfortunately, no. Not for Candlelight Processional and not for Fantasmic! dinner packages.
