Tables in Wonderland question

Where/When do I need to purchase this by? I was planning on updating my park-hopper tickets to an annual pass my first day there in March - will I also be able to purchase the Tables in Wonderland card at the same time? Maybe I should have posted this in the restrauant board - sorry if it needs to be moved, I figure DVC people know a lot about this stuff!

You can just buy it at Guest Relations when doing your ticket to AP upgrade.
