This was mentioned on the disunplugged show several weeks ago but this coming sunday is the Tables in Wonderland event to preview all the new food and alcohol for Food and Wine this year..
2016 Epcot® International Food & Wine Festival Preview:
When: Sunday, June 26, 2016 12:00pm-2:00pm
Where: World Showplace Pavilion at Epcot (it's between UK and Canada, behind the fence normally closed)
Cost: $135 per person (Plus Tax, Gratuity Included)
How Many: TiW holder + up to 9 guest tickets. (normal 10 person per card). It's unclear if a secondary card can get an additional 10 people into the event like you can for dining.
Park: Park admission is not required (you can enter epcot after 11am to get to the event).
If you have tables in wonderland, signup is at http://tablesinwonderland.com/ it also has information on getting Tables in wonderland (short version is FL residents, DVC or AP holders can buy into the discount program for food at disneyworld).
In Feb they did the first event of this type for flowers and garden and I just happened to be in town. It was excellent, worth the price and food was plentiful to be able to try everything on a flat rate, talk to the chefs and people in power at epcot around the event and food.. I highly recommend it if you want a nice lunch, buffet style but fine dining buffet style.

It's also great place to meet press and bloggers as everyone flocks to this type of event to get photos and news to put up about food and wine.
