Tables in Tomorrow Eligibility

Our family is heading down to Disney in a couple of weeks. My wife and youngest are Annual Pass holders for the water parks and DisneyQuest only (yes, such a pass exists). Does anyone know if this sort of Annual Pass makes us eligible to purchase Tables in Tomorrow (formerly Disney Dining Experience)?

It is Tables in Wonderland (TIW)

You have to give them your AP number, not sure if your AP will qualify
