Where can I find how late lunch is served at the table service restaurants? I've looked everywhere, but can't seem to find this. We are going back in late August and I think this time I would like to try on having a late lunches, and then going for counter service dinners. Are ADR's needed for lunches, or can you get them the same day? I'm not looking for character meals, but I would like to try some of the nicer places in Epcot and elsewhere. Thanks!

Did you try this site for lunch times?

With so many people on the dining plan, ADRs are now advisable, even for lunch. That's not to say that you wouldn't be able to get them the same day, but if you really want to eat at a specific place you should make an ADR.

Yes, I did check there, but couldn't find any times listed. I was hoping I wouldn't have to plan our meals so far in advance! I love trying new places, but I wish we could be more spontaneous. Last year we had ADRs for dinner every night of our trip, but I really didn't like being on a tight schedule. It's hard to know what you feel like eating 6 months from now!

I agree with you, it isn't easy. It is alot easier if you know exactly where you want to eat. I will say that lunches will generally be easier to walk up to, depending on where you think you will eat, and how flexible you are with your time. You will likey need adr's for say, Le Cellier, anytime of day. But somewhere like Biergarten, or Marrakesh or San Angelo's, well, there's a better chance of getting a spot somewhere less popular.

As far as times, we had lunches as late as 2:15 (CRT) and they stopped serving at 3 to get ready for the dinner crowd. You may just want to call the restaurants you are interested in when you get to your resort, or drop in early and ask how late lunch is served, and then talk about the chances of an adr then. If you aren't going to be crushed if you don't get into a particular place, you'll probably be ok. We even had an adr for Biergarten at 12, but realized the band didn't start till 1, so walked up at 11:30 and asked if we could change it to 1, no problem. Just make adrs for the places you HAVE to eat at to avoid disappointment. :goodvibes

The few that I had clicked on all had hours listed, but when I just checked on more, I see that they don't all have hours. Seems like that would be a good addition to the site...
