Table service credits

I booked the Rose and Crown for lunch. The woman asked if we were on the dining plan and I said yes. After rethinking our schedule, it would be better to use those Table Service Credits at the Park Fare for breakfast rather than R&C for lunch. Can we just pay out of pocket when we get to the R&C or do they insist we use the DDP since we already told them we were on it?
