I was going to post this a few weeks ago, but forgot and now it's sold out. 
But wanted to remind anyone who is interested to mark their calendars for next year.
It's a GREAT organization and a really fun time- not very inexpensive at $500 a seat, but with the quality of chefs it's well worth it. We went in 2014 and not only loved the food, but the whole experience.
Chef Sutton AND Chef Tae are hosting...which to me is worth the price for these two alone. Chef Marcelle of Steakhouse 55, Chef Monson of Club 33, Chef Flores of Carthay and Chef Rubelli of Naples in DD are also cooking....What a treat!
You can still donate to the cause through their website. Hopefully I remember to ask the MODS to post it next year in time for people to register. You also receive a discounted room rate at GCH when booking the event.

The Grand Californian Hotel and Spa Disneyland Resort
Southern California’s top chefs will compose masterpiece signature dishes prepared tableside for ten guests. At each table, chefs will create unique awe-inspiring table designs, cuisine fit for royalty, exquisite wines perfectly paired for each course and five star “white glove” service.
The evening includes an indulgent cocktail reception and an upscale lifestyle live auction showcasing the “Best of Our Chefs” dining experiences, luxury goods and trips throughout the world.
Complimentary valet is provided. Reservations held at the door. Dress is black-tie optional.
All proceeds benefit the Illumination Foundation in their mission to break the cycle of homelessness.
