There has been so much Pre-show stuff I don't know what to believe anymore..

All we know is that there are weird Rhinos on the moon that look like Sontarans but aren't and that someone the Doctor and Martha have ended up together. The Doctor notices that is something on Martha's lips and so decides to kiss them off...

Just read the Sun TV guide and it clarified a bit, the issue is they film out of oder so bits get muddled up.

Tonights Judoon, are like Police and judges, they seek, and destroy, quickly, they are after Plasmavores, blood sucking aliens who can change into anything, hence, the old lady, who trys to suck blood from the Doc.

To trap the Plasmavores, they take the hospital to isolation, on the moon, to trap them, and destroy.

Humans though think Judoon are the threat, and by fighting back theyendanger themselves with harsh justice.
