T-shirt design

Hi everyone, my dd has been once again invited to dance as a Disney cast member at WDW (YAY) and I would love to make shirts for all my family. At first it was just 10 of us but now we are a total of 33. WOWSERS isnt that a blessing =). Anyways I really wanted to make them some disney shirts but also supporting my daughter. I thought of maybe for the front of the shirt Minnie Mouse doing a dance move and then at the top Walt Disney World and at the bottom 2012. But in the back TEAM EMILY what do you all think. Also can one of you creative disers help me the picture. Thank you all so much!
