I did too, and it is very similar to the menu for RFC, if you look at it carefully, they have just changed the names to fit the dino theme.

when will this open for sure? I called today to make a ressie for Dec and they said they couldnt take it .

In other threads, it has been mentioned that it will be strictly walk ups until at least next year. Or even permanently, not sure.

Well, it looks like it. You can check out the menu at trexcafe.com andd see for yourself. We LOVE RFC at DTD, but no the one at AK park. They are owne by the same company, why wouldn't the food be similar? The entree that I usually get, they have at both places

They will not take the DDP or the DxDDP. They will take the Premium, Platinum and Wine and Dine Plans. (Those plans are over $100/day and include V&A as a 'credit' )

I don't think so, I just looked all over their site and saw nothing about that. They are owned by Landry's as is RFC and RFC doesn't take DDP.

The menu I saw online doesn't show the prices. I am trying to stay on a budget so I would like to know ahead of time how much money I am likely to need. Does anybody know where I could find a menu WITH prices?

The prices should be in line with RFC, if you can find one of those menus with prices you'd be in the ballpark!

The opening is set for October 14th at this time, but of course like everything else, that could change. I talked to someone at RFC and they said T-Rex will start taking ressies when they open, but until then they aren't. I made a ressie for RFC in Dec, just in case I couldn't get one at T-Rex or they weren't taking them for Dec.

Last I had heard it was supposed to be Oct14th. I called to see if they were taking ADR's and the woman said that they won't be opening until Nov. and Since they aren't exact about the date they weren't taking ADR's. This was as of Thurs. 9/18. I really hope she was wrong and that it is an Oct. opening. We will be there the last week of Oct. and my DS really wants to go.

Yes it seems to look like it's going to be like rainforest cafe from what you can tell so far it is the same people Landry's that own it so it should be interesting I love RFC!

As someone who has eaten at the one in Kansas City it is exactly like RFC. It's worth going at least one time for the atmosphere. The dinos are very cool.
