I walked into a full lobby of people waiting at Yak and Yeti and flashed my card at the front desk. After they took my name, I was told I'd be seated next. The interesting thing was that they had 3 slips of paper with people's names on them waiting to be seated. The counter person took the print out with my name on it, moved the others, put mine at the front, and then put a gold key over it. Sure enough, 30 seconds later, a seater came, picked up the key, handed it back to the counter person, took my slip and escorted me to "the best seat in the house" (it was, too. On the corner overlooking the intersection of the bridge and the walkway in front of the building). I fully expected those who had clearly been waiting a long time to be a bit upset, but I heard no grumblings from them.
