T-Rex and the DDP

Is T-Rex truly on the DDP this year? If so, and assuming the menus are the same for the WDW location as they are for the location here in KS, is the chocolate extinction included? How many TS credits? If on DxDDP, can you order the Supersaurus sampler or the colosso nachos as your app? 1 or 2 TS credits?

Also, with the kids meals you can upgrade to fries and/or order an additional side of fries for a small charge. How is this handled when using credits?

You can get the chocolate extinction dessert by using 4 adult credits. That's what our waitress told us!
