sw33t_angel- I went in for my 2nd dress fitting on Tuesday...They would not be able to get the dress in the correct size in time but they are taking it in for free so no harm done ^_^...We've taken the guys suits into a tailor, those should be done next week...Now I'm working on the pocket squares and emergency sewing kits for the welcome bags.YAY!!!
Big update!!! Hopefully your dress gets altered and taken care of!!

Mindjoy- our colors are actually coral and light aqua but there was no coral or peach tissue paper to be found.... ^_^! I love the combo of pink and orange! you're wedding is going to look amazing!Super cute, I love the poms (also my colors - pink and orange) and the water lables are really funny!!

I am so clueless when it comes to girly stuff...LOL... any suggestions would be appreciated...the hair will be down with a finger wave style curl and a flower on the left side... I'm not sure if I should do a necklace or what style...bracelet? earrings? I initially wanted to do a statement necklace in aqua to go with my colors...I'm starting to second guess that as it might be too busy...I'm a jeans and t-shirt kind of girl...all this fancy shmancy stuff is waaay out of my element! Please help me girls!!!
Since I'm wearing my hair down, I went with bigger earrings so they would be visible. And I am IN LOVE with bracelets, so I made sure to get a big cuff bracelet.

I'm doing my hair down as well. I think you could get by without wearing a necklace. Your dress has so much detail towards the top of it. I'm not wearing one because of that reason. Or if you did wear one, color would be pretty too

...I used to dance professionally but i'm 2 years rusty...I'm nervous as heck but my culture is very important to me...I'm so glad there's an outlet to share this with my husband and new family!

Where has all the time gone! I've been so swamped with wedding planning and work I've neglected my poor PJ! Here's a few mini- updates...)
they scheduled an emergency surgery for her today. If it's too far along it could be the worse news possible...if they can they may remove the bladder and she may need a Kidney transplant...if DH is a match we're off to Texas...Right now everything is on the air. I just want to cry to see him and my new family so upset. Please please please pray for her ladies. We'll take whatever pixiedust we can muster right now...lastly...we received terrible news yesterday that has brought the wedding plannings stuff to the bottom of my list...DH's grandma went in for a Dr. appt yesterday and they found cancer in her bladder that might have spread to her Kidney

and prayers your way. I just found out this week that my Aunt has terminal lung cancer and has less than a year to live. She was at our Disney wedding in December so it makes it all that much more special that she was able to attend.
I just found your planning journal and read the entire thing! Congratulations on your elopement, a Hawaiian wedding is just beyond amazing. That location was gorgeous! Have you told your mom yet? Me and DH were thinking of eloping but never got around to it, I sure wish he had surprised me with a trip to Hawaii like that.
I love everything you have done. Your shoes are amazing, and your dress is stunning. I think your hair length is just right and will look really pretty pulled to the side with a flower. Your theme is so cute. It makes me think of the artwork they have on the chocolate covered coconut treats they sell at Disney. With Minnie and Mickey in what looks to be Hawaii.

I can't wait til after the Disney wedding to really enjoy being married...it honestly hasn't quite set in since we are still in the planning process. We've done so much DIY stuff we really hope our guests appreciate it all! We love Disney and I grew up in Hawaii and have always been deeply involved in the culture so a tropical theme only made sense ^_^ I planned everything in pieces without having an overall view so I really hope everything comes together nicely and looks somewhat cohesive. So sad but it really puts things in perspective. I am so happy you had that special moment to share with her and your families. I hope I'm lucky enough to have grandma Carol attend. I would give anything for that to happen...
