System Unavailable

I was checking rates this morning to find out how much the dining plan is going to be if I end up having to pay for it (please, Disney NO!). And I encountered a "system unavailable" message. Could just be a technical glitch, but I'm hoping they are loading up the new discounts for us to see today!!!

Bummer...I was hoping the same thing since the Passholder reservation system was down too.

I have several friends who are travel agents and they posted the following notice on facebook:

Just a heads-up!
The entire booking system for Walt Disney World, Disneyland and Aulani will be down starting at 5 PM on October 8 and through the afternoon of October 9. You will not be able to do dining, reservations, modifications, online check-in, etc.

Considering past computer updates, this will likely go well into October 9th and we might have issues for a few days after too.

Oh great, so the phone lines on the 10th will be that even more frantic if an offer comes out. Fun times.
