The following is posted on the member website under "Notifications":
In order to provide you with a smooth booking process, the Member Online Booking tool and Resort Availability tool will be temporarily unavailable to accommodate system updates on Thursday, June 29, 2017 from 2:30 AM until 9:00 AM ET.

Member Services, the Resort Availability tool and the Member Online Booking tool will be unable to confirm reservations for the Villas at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa until after Thursday, June 29, 2017 at 12:00 PM ET.
