System maintenance?

I'm not the only one having issues making ADRs at the moment...right?

I had a message over an hour ago that the system was down for maintenance. However, now it appears to be up..except that when I select a time from the options that it gives me..it just circles back to the original page. Still maintenance, or another issue?

It's now been undergoing maintenance since 10 am this morning.

oh well...it's not like I have 180 days to book my ADRs..

were you ever able to get in? I've made 2 reservations and a cancellation today at different times. Hope you were able to get what you need!

Nope...haven't been able to get in since 10 a.m. I think I may be seeing what the issue is. I had my husband look at it with me just now and he noticed that the days after we check in are grayed out on the calendar - if I'm not logged in. If I log in, the days are in bold and I am able to select them. However, once I select the time option from the ones the system returns, it just resets the page.

This morning before 10 I accidentally made a breakfast ADR for the day we check in, but cancelled it because I need it for the day after. I'm guessing the only reason I was able to make it for check in day is because it wasn't grayed out on the calendar..even though when I log in the rest are in bold and Disney even notified me via email today to start making my dining reservations.

Maybe tomorrow I'll be able to make one reservation and then the next I can make another...

Yup. I'm only getting 180 days out instead of 180 +10 even though we are staying onsite. I only need to make one more reservation, so it's not a big deal to just wait till tomorrow, but it is odd.

I had the same issue on Monday with reservations. I got my first day dining reservation booked but it would not let me make any other ones. So at 7:00 a.m. I called in and had the CM book the rest of my ADR's for the rest of our stay.

Good to know that you were still able to do it over the phone.
