System down? (Feb 13)

Hello experts, I'm currently planning my August trip and making dining reservations for the first time since our 2013 trip. We are now 178 days from arrival. When I log on to My Disney Experience and chose my date and time, every time slot that I click gives me a window that says "sorry for the paws" and tells me that time is no longer available. I've tried multiple times and dates and multiple restaurants. When I call the reservation number they say the wait time is over 90 minutes! Am I missing something? Any ideas about what's going on?
