Syrup on the waffle or on the side and dip?

I know there a lot of dippers out there. My son is interning for the designer, Jon Wye--check out the plate he is about to produce just for us dippers and leave your email if you want to know when it's available. How come no one ever thought of the syrup reservoir before?!

Also, I always wear one of his Pirate Chef t-shirts on DCL Pirate Night; the dining room staff love it! pirate:

I like Blackburn syrup too. I also like a little bit of waffle or pancakes with my syrup which is why I so rarely eat these items. ;)

A generous amount of syrup on top, but not saturated.

As for the juice, no real maple syrup here. Gimme the good fake stuff.

I am a dipper...I don't like soggy waffles. Plus, I can control how much syrup...

A waffle should be used for what it was intended: a syrup distribution system.

Butter all over and syrup everywhere the butter touches. One should like a little waffle with their syrup.

Butter each and every hole, and then syrup all over.

Although my personal favorite is 2 waffles, with ice cream in the middle -- a favorite boardwalk treat! You can take the girl out of Jersey, but not Jersey outa da girl.

Butter and syrup in every square. But, then I have to scarf it down quick 'cause I don't like soggy waffles.
