We love the Poly Concierge but for some reason all of our dates are N/A (9/28 - 10/02). I am considering switching to GF SL. We stayed at the GF RPC a few years ago and liked it, but we love the Poly. The reason we are not just switching to a non concierge Poly room is that concierge is part of our vacation experience. I am thinking pool view at the SL, any suggestions??

SugarLoaf has 2 views, marina or pool and for either one, you just have to make a request through your pre-planner. As an FYI, in SugarLoaf, they also offer a few lodge tower rooms by request (no additional cost). They have a maximum occupancy of 4, over the age of 3, but they are bigger than a standard room. Each one comes with a separate seating area, with a 2nd tv. It's almost like a mini-suite. You can take a look at the room layout here. The lodge tower rooms on the top floor don't come with a balcony though, but they all do have pool views.

If you're familiar with the Poly concierge lounge, the SugarLoaf lounge doesn't compare. It's located on the ground floor lobby of the building and there are no views. I'd compare it more to a bed & breakfast. It's cozy (aka small) with a few couches, tables & chairs. The staff is seated here too, so it does make it seem friendlier somehow. The lodge offers light concierge, which basically means that there is no wine/beer or cordials served and that the food offerings end at 7pm and not 10pm.
