Switching to AAA question

I currently have a reservation through Disney for our April trip and my AAA agent just called and stated there is now availability for AAA package that will save me about $75...so I'd like to switch my reservation....I think I need to cancel the Disney one through CRO and then have AAA rebook right? :confused3

It seems like a pain, but $75 is $75!:thumbsup2
 
I believe that you are correct. I would make the new reservation first, just to be sure you get it and then cancel the reservation with disney.
 

Your agent should know what a TA takeover form is, its just a lot easier then making a new booking, cancelling the old one, having to wait for the deposit to transfer over, and if you have ins. on there you have to have guest services involved to cancel your existing res
