After that, the only time you have to deal with Costco is if you have special requests (ie: seating, allergies, etc), want to change rooms and for making payments on your cruise. You will do all your own check in and excursion bookings.

You can make your payments (after initial deposit) online through Costco travel's website. No need to call.

This is true about payments unless you are using Disney gift cards to pay for the cruise. This will require a call.
