Switching rooms question

HI,

We are looking at BWV, but we will have to switch rooms during the stay. 4 nights in std. and 3 nights pool view. My question is the day we switch rooms will they move our bags for us to the new room or will we have to move bags to lobby, put in storage, go to parks then check in to new rooms?

Oops. Miss read and didn't realize that you would be at the same resort. As Chuck S noted, Bell Services will hold your luggage until the new room is ready.

You can not leave the bags in your room after check-out time. You will need to move them to the new rom, if it is ready, or leave them with bell services. You can also have bell services retrieve them (you'll need to be present) if you don't want to tote them yourselves. I assume from your post that both rooms are at BWV, and you aren't changing resorts..but the process is similar.

thanks...yes we will not be switching resorts, just rooms.

Bell serviced will also hold your food & keep perishables cold until the new room is ready.
