Switching room at Aulani...what happens to your groceries?

So I'm thinking of switching rooms because I'd like to change the dates on my booking, but the standard views are all fully booked, so the only way I could change my dates would be to switch rooms to a different view category. I've read that at WDW they move your luggage and groceries for you, but I haven't read anything about what happens to your groceries at Aulani. I have read that they don't accept grocery delivery (from third parties, not DVC) due to lack of cold storage, so does that mean they won't be able to hold our groceries for the few hours that we'll be homeless there?

I'm also curious about what happens to your ability to make dining/spa reservations, pre register for Aunty's, and paying for the Rainbow Reef for length of stay when you have two separate reservation numbers and dates. Will eveything have to be done separately for each part of the stay? ie: will I have to pay for Rainbow reef twice if the kids want to keep going after we've switched? Will I have to re-register at Aunty's for the second part of the stay?

Can I store groceries at the Resort before check-in?

Due to space limitations, groceries cannot be stored at the Resort or delivered to your room prior to check-in.

Please check in to your room before you purchase perishable items or arrange to have groceries delivered.

It doesn't look like they will store any refrigerated/frozen groceries for you. It looks like you might need to purchase groceries for each portion of your stay, or plan to eat out more on part of your stay.

As to your other questions I would call Aulani direct to see. I wouldn't be surprised that they have decided the rules on that. I expect separate reservations will matter and length of stay will only apply to each reservation.
