I have fast passes scheduled for an upcoming trip. My husband may or may not go into the parks. Can I modify the fast pass in his name to another family member with a park ticket who shows up on mde?

Yes. Go to each FP in MDX and use the Change Party function. Select the new person and deselect your husband. Then confirm the changes and your FPs remain intact for everyone with the new person included.
